DESCRIPTION:Ademhalen is één van de meest krachtige -en bewezen- manieren voor stressvermindering.\nDaarnaast verhoogt je ademhaling creativiteit en levenslust\, verbetert nachtrust\, geeft veerkracht en kalmeert je geest. Profiteer direct na één ademdag: wordt meer dan (alleen) een getuige – wordt meester van je ademhaling. \nDoor je aandacht op je adem te richten en op een specifieke manier te ademen – met toegankelijke ademhalingstechnieken – kun je gewone momenten in waardevolle mogelijkheden veranderen. Dit vraagt wel jouw bereidwilligheid om te experimenteren hoe je je adem (beter) kunt benutten. Zodra je bewust ademhalen als een dagelijks ritueel aangrijpt – net als tandenpoetsen\, douchen of jezelf aankleden –\, zijn de uitwerkingen effectiever en houden de voordelen langer aan. \n  \nAdem en stressvermindering\nEén op de drie mensen heeft – in meer of mindere mate – last van stress. Verschijnselen van stress zijn bijvoorbeeld ernstige vermoeidheid\, gespannenheid of nervositeit. Op zich is stress een normaal verschijnsel\, iets wat je als een elastiek oprekt\, waarna je weer terugveert\, keer op keer. Maar als stress de overhand neemt dan raakt de rek uit je elastiek. \nTijdens deze dag leer je wat het verschil tussen gezonde en ongezonde stress is. Je leert stress herkennen in je lichaam. Je kunt alle liefde\, aanmoediging en bescherming gebruiken die je kunt krijgen.’ \n                                                             Uit Zin: Lust in je Leven door Schrijven \n  \nDit geliefde schrijf- en stilteweekend werkt met drie krachten: stilte\, beweging en schrijven. In de stilte verruim je je blik en verken je andere manieren van communicatie\, terwijl de adem- en bewegingssessies je aanwezigheid verdiepen en ontspannen. Ze overziet alles.’ \n‘Geertje heeft een bijna poëtische manier van uitleggen.’ \n  \n  \nWat is het verschil tussen een weekend of een 5-daagse retraite? \nHet grote verschil tussen een weekend en een 5-daagse retraite is (los van de duur) dat een weekend adem- en bewegingsessies bevat onder leiding van Jasmijn Koelink. Veel deelnemers komen naar een weekend om kennis te maken met de methode\, hun schrijfleven een nieuwe impuls te geven of eerder gemaakte schrijfvrienden terug te zien. Het weekend is een korter\, ontspannend en dynamisch programma. \nDe 5-daagse heeft\, afgezien van een ademhalingssessie ‘s ochtends\, geen periodes van begeleide beweging. Hierdoor is er meer vrije tijd. In die tijd kiezen veel deelnemers om te werken aan een schrijfproject. Maar ook om uit te rusten\, te wandelen\, yoga te doen\, te lezen of slapen – wat het ook maar is waar je meer van wilt. De 5-daagse is een verstilt\, diep en persoonlijk programma. \nEr zijn veel deelnemers die deze twee programma’s afwisselen. Het weekend als een terugkerend schrijf-stimulans en de 5-daagse om meters te maken in hun schrijfproject. Voor welk programma je ook kiest; ze hebben de neiging nooit hetzelfde te zijn. We zijn blij regelmatig terugkomende deelnemers te ontvangen. \n\nJe deelname heeft een rimpeleffect: Living on the Edge\nVoor elke deelnemer ondersteunen wij samen met Klooster Huissen het project Living on The Edge. Via de Vogelbescherming Nederland draag je op die manier bij aan het tot bloei brengen van de Sahel\, waar veel vogels die we hier kennen\, overwinteren. \nSchrijven betekent – op een heel persoonlijke manier – een grotere wereld toelaten. Dit project belichaamd die grotere wereld. DESCRIPTION:Special Workshop Using Tennis Balls To Release\nWITH JASMIJN KOELINK\n4 November 2018 at Yoga Moves\n\nDe-stress\, Recover and Relax\nIn this workshop you’ll experience the effect of Yin related Yoga on your body in a long session – using a tennis ball. This will give you some insights and techniques to help you to become more flexible and you’ll learn to release tension and pain. It can also free emotional energy stored in the body. By using tennis balls\, relaxing becomes much easier than one might think. Anyone can do it! Afterwards\, you’ll notice a smoother and more stable yoga practice. \nFirst\, we will relax and de-stress hips\, buttocks\, pelvis and parts of the legs\, followed by softening the back and shoulders. This will also stimulate and massage the organs. We’ll seal the workshop with a longer relaxing posture to allow the effect to sink in deeply in. \nWe integrate and explore some breathing techniques\, adding extra pleasure and relaxation to this form of Yin Yoga. After this workshop\, you’ll be able to apply the technique of deep tissue relaxation (or deep tissue release) easily at home. Experience the healing power generated by this practice and give yourself some time to experience the deep relaxation in your body.
