SUMMARY:New: Yin Yoga Teacher Training (80h)
DESCRIPTION:Unveil the Yin Yoga Teacher Within You (80h)\n> Embrace the unique anatomy of your body.\n> Hold a safe space for physical and emotional release.\n> Guide your students through a profound journey of awareness\, self-discovery and deep rest. \nThis Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Jasmijn Koelink invites you to explore and refine your own practice while learning how to share the profound benefits of Yin Yoga with others. \nThis 80 hours Yin Yoga Module (YogaAlliance.org Continuing Education) is offered by Jasmijn Koelink\, hosted by Yoga Moves Utrecht. \nThis training is more than just learning how to teach. It’s about cultivating the ability to be fully present in each moment—as a student\, as a teacher\, and as a human being. Yin Yoga encourages us to build tolerance for discomfort\, to trust in stillness\, and to surrender to the natural flow of life. You will learn how to slow down\, listen to your body\, and observe the continuous stream of breath\, thoughts\, and emotions. Through this process\, you empower yourself to experience a deeper understanding of relaxation\, and feel truly at home within yourself. \nInner Work: Expanding Beyond the Physical Practice \nIn addition to the physical and anatomical teachings\, Jasmijn integrates The Work© by Byron Katie —a powerful method for questioning limiting beliefs and stressful thoughts. By engaging with this inner work\, you will learn to recognize and release the mental patterns that hold you back. This deep inner inquiry allows you to teach from a place of calm confidence\, creating a space where students feel safe to explore their own inner landscapes. \nThrough Jasmijn’s guidance\, you will gain insight into your own thought patterns\, behaviors\, and emotional responses\, ultimately becoming more flexible in both mind and body. This inner work not only enhances your personal growth but also deepens your ability to teach Yin Yoga with authenticity\, joy and confidence. \nWho Is This Training For? \n\nThis program is designed for yoga teachers who want to expand their teaching skills and develop oneself in Yin Yoga.
