DESCRIPTION:Unveil the Yin Yoga Teacher Within You (80h)\n> Embrace the unique anatomy of your body.\n> Hold a safe space for physical and emotional release.\n> Guide your students through a profound journey of awareness\, self-discovery and deep rest. \nThis Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Jasmijn Koelink invites you to explore and refine your own practice while learning how to share the profound benefits of Yin Yoga with others. \nThis 80 hours Yin Yoga Module (YogaAlliance.org Continuing Education) is offered by Jasmijn Koelink\, hosted by Yoga Moves Utrecht. \nThis training is more than just learning how to teach. It’s about cultivating the ability to be fully present in each moment—as a student\, as a teacher\, and as a human being. Yin Yoga encourages us to build tolerance for discomfort\, to trust in stillness\, and to surrender to the natural flow of life. You will learn how to slow down\, listen to your body\, and observe the continuous stream of breath\, thoughts\, and emotions. Through this process\, you empower yourself to experience a deeper understanding of relaxation\, and feel truly at home within yourself. \nInner Work: Expanding Beyond the Physical Practice \nIn addition to the physical and anatomical teachings\, Jasmijn integrates The Work© by Byron Katie —a powerful method for questioning limiting beliefs and stressful thoughts. By engaging with this inner work\, you will learn to recognize and release the mental patterns that hold you back. This deep inner inquiry allows you to teach from a place of calm confidence\, creating a space where students feel safe to explore their own inner landscapes. \nThrough Jasmijn’s guidance\, you will gain insight into your own thought patterns\, behaviors\, and emotional responses\, ultimately becoming more flexible in both mind and body. This inner work not only enhances your personal growth but also deepens your ability to teach Yin Yoga with authenticity\, joy and confidence. \nWho Is This Training For? \n\nThis program is designed for yoga teachers who want to expand their teaching skills and develop oneself in Yin Yoga. It is also great for dedicated students who want to deepen their personal practice\, enhance their understanding of Yin Yoga\, or embark on a journey of personal growth. This training is for anyone who desires a deeper connection within themselves and with others through the lens of Yin Yoga. We feel necessity for students with at least 1 year of yin yoga experience and/or comparable knowledge and training. \n\nCertificate & Qualification \nIf you complete this training and the evaluation processes\, you will gain a certificate for 80 hours of continuing education specialized in Yin Yoga. If you are already a yoga teacher or a professional in another branch\, this will give you all you need to teach yin. If you take this course for your own learning\, please note that this is not considered a complete foundational teacher training program and you may still need to complete more courses to feel ready to teach groups. \nKey Elements of this Training \nThis training offers a rich\, multi-layered experience that integrates various aspects of personal and professional growth\, including: \n\nDaily meditation practice\nBreathwork techniques (pranayama)\nExploration and teaching of 20 Yin poses and their variations\nAn understanding of Yin anatomy and philosophy\, bones\, joints\, and fascia\nThe ability to modify poses for different body types and injuries\nTechniques to safely and effectively use props to support your students\nTools to foster personal growth and self-realization\, empowering you to guide others from a place of authenticity and inner\n\nSign up here!\nWhat Will You Learn? \nBased on Paul Grilley’s teachings\, the training offers a comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga\, focusing on both the practical and philosophical aspects. Let us help you get there. We invite you to join one of our professional training programs. We hope it will mark the beginning (or continuation) of a successful career as a yoga teacher. \n\n\nWhat is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?\nWhat does it mean to be an alignment based flow practice? \n“Vinyasa” is a fundamental principle of yoga practice. Vinyasa can be both demanding and soft\, high level or very basic. We learn to move with our nature – like waves in an ocean\, you move on your breath\, inhale and exhale – up and down\, in and out. It flows from one pose to the other. A good teacher will help her students pay attention\, find the intelligence in the body\, breathe more deeply and work more efficiently. The combination is life changing. It sounds cliche\, but it’s true. \nBreath is powerful. Moving on the breath is medicine.\nAs yoga teachers we meet peoples patterns\nLearning new things as an adult you will likely bump into old beliefs and old habits. Whenever we are asked to do things differently\, resistance is often the first emotion. Habits are hard to break. Your yoga might be based on good or poor habits depending on how you were taught. Patterns turn into tensions\, strengths\, and weaknesses. That’s why when you learn to teach yoga\, you also want to make sure you understand it\, so you don’t pass on bad habits to your students. \nWhen you learn to break things down into their smaller parts\, you become more aware; then you can change it\, re-learn it and grow. \nLearning to teach will make your own practice richer and more alive.\nYoga Moves Curriculum blends the history and philosophical teachings of yoga with the essential components of asana\, anatomy and the foundations of good sequencing. Your foundation training program is the start of a life long learning journey. \n\n\nExplore proper alignment\, asana benefits\, and how to manage physical challenges \n\n\nLearn the principles of applied anatomy and body movement\, deepen your practice. \n\n\nBegin to teach online and in person \n\n\nCultivate your voice and your presence \n\n\nBuild confidence through practice teaching \n\n\nGain a broader understanding of yoga history and philosophy \n\n\nLearn the power of your mind and how to question your thoughts \n\n\n\n\nReady to jump in and go on a journey with us?  \n \n\n\nWEEKENDS BEGINS 16 JANUARY 2026 ((Only a few spots left!) \nJoin us in our Fly Studio in Utrecht.
