During this program, you will literally catch your breath, as breathing is one of the most powerful and proven ways to reduce stress and strengthen your well-being. At least one out of three people suffer from stress symptoms such as severe fatigue, tension or nervousness. Jasmijn will guide you through different breathing exercises to slow down, lengthen or regulate your breath. Which will have a direct effect on your well-being.
All sessions are breath-oriented, intense and relaxing at the same time. Through the combination of Yin yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation, you gain practical tools to recognize and reduce stress in your body. It also supports deeper relaxation. The strength of this weekend is the repetition of the exercises. This makes it easy to understand and remember what you learn during this program and to apply it back home.
As an exclusive addition to this weekend, Jasmijn gives you a yin yoga session using tennis balls for a deep tissue massage. Relaxing turns out to be easier with a tennis ball than you might think beforehand.

This weekend is for both beginners and advanced, as Jasmijn integrates different options and individual guidance in her classes. In addition to the sessions, there is plenty of time to read, enjoy the surroundings, take a stroll on the beach or rest. The lessons are given in Dutch or English, depending on the participants.

In 2019 we will continue our weekends in the beautiful Yogabee villa in Domburg in the province of Zeeland. This house is located close to the sea (only a 10-minute walk) and has a great garden, yoga shala, and even an indoor pool and sauna. You can choose from 9 weekends, all with a different theme and purpose.
Being away from it all, reconnecting with nature, spending time with new people that inspire you, practicing yoga intensively, eating pure food and at the same time, plenty of time to go to the beach, enjoy a massage or simply read a book in the garden.
